Three Days in Monterey!

After a stressful couple of months, we decided it was time for a rest in Monterey. Cannery Row

Pacific Grove Golf (Poor Man's Pebble) He
finished 2 under par! (68)
Daddy Daughter Date at the beach!

She is way too cute to
be our kid!

Playin' in the ice cold water! Kids
don't care.
This clear, cold water will have to do until
we can afford to get to Hawaii some day.

"Dad! Stop taking pictures!"
"Yeah! This Dennis the Menace Park is like
a park on steroids!"

Again, way too cute to be ours!

No, mommy is not taking the pictures. Mommy
was back at the hotel sleeping.

Surfer's Lighthouse Museum in Santa Cruz.
Maddie made it her point to let us know the
entire drive that she has never seen a lighthouse
and that we needed to find one.

A Tribute to Cuteness!

Last weekend a good friend of ours took some great pictures of "our babies". This is a tribute to their cuteness! Enjoy!

Sorry!

Okay, I know we haven't posted anything new these days, but we are really busy. Our video camera is broken, so we are afraid to experience any new memories with the kids until we get it fixed. Ha ha! My digital camera is out of battery power for some reason, even though I haven't taken any pictures lately. So, we are in trouble. Anyways, Casey is now 8 months and he is saying "ba ba" and "da da" and he is about ready to crawl any minute.

Madison is getting smarter every day. She is one of only 3 girls in her class, and the other 8 are boys. So, as you can guess, she is taking on some of the language of the boys. She has decided that it is cute to end every word she says with (oh I hate to say it...) "butt". AND...I knew this day would come, but she is finally in the stage where she continuously tries to blow bubbles in her drinks! Sorry, I have no up to date pictures of her yet.

Tim and I are still plugging away at life. Tim is in school and working a part-time job on the side of youth ministry, so we just give thanks that we see each other occasionally. I am working part-time here and there for a catering business. All in all, we are pretty busy, but pretty peaceful.
